Q. Can I cancel the order after it is placed ?

We at GetUSCart strive to provide you with the best possible experience while you shop with us online.
We all do make mistake at times and should not be penalized for inadvertly/accidently placing the wrong order. Any cancellation request (on email) received within 30 mins of placing the order, will not attract any charges. Orders can be cancelled (through email) within the same date as placing the order, for 20% charges. Any cancellation after that is not allowed.

Q. Can I modify my order after placing it?

Most orders you place on GetUSCart enter the shipping process very quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible. Imported Catalogue - If you want to modify your purchase, please contact our Customer Support Executive/send us email within 1 hour of your purchase only. Domestic Catalogue - If you want to modify your purchase, please contact our Customer Support Executive immediately. No modification request would be entertained after that.

Q. When will I receive my refund for a purchase which has been cancelled?

The refund amount will be credited back on your payment method within 5 working days.

Q. Will I get a complete refund when my purchase is cancelled?

We do full refund if the item is not available in stock.

We do full refund for wrong/damaged-in-transit/non-genuine products delivered.

Other cancellation charges, would be as per terms given above.
