⚠️1.If connecting from USB-C (PC/tablet/smartphone) to DP (monitor/TV/projector), please ensure your USB-C PC device supports DP ALT mode or Thunderbolt 3 / Thunderbolt 4. Some monitors have two types of DisplayPort ports (""DP input"" and ""DP output""). The cable should be connected to the DP in for the correct port.

⚠️2If connecting from DisplayPort (PC) to USB C (monitor), please ensure your Type C monitor supports DisplayPort signal input and use the Thunderbolt icon (not a USB port) to plug it into the monitor's Thunderbolt port. If your monitor has only one Type C port, please ensure this port has video transmission capabilities.

⚠️3.When transferring from a DisplayPort source to a USB C monitor, due to signal conversion display delay, please wait patiently for 1-2 minutes. If there is still no display, it may be caused by poor contact. Please reinsert the cable or restart the PC for multiple attempts.
