Customs/Import Duty Not Included

*Customs/Import duties will be paid by the courier company at the time of clearance on the customer's behalf. Customs/Import duties for clearance will be collected by the courier company at the time of delivery from the customer.

Shipping Rates and Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The shipping cost includes end to end cost to deliver to your India address.

Custom charges & Import duty are determined only after final inspection of the goods at the port of entry by concerned authority, hence cannot be determined in advance. Related charges (clearance charges, GST) can only be calculated post custom duty calculation. Hence,  Customs, Clearance Charges & GST are to be paid at the time of delivery. If no COD option is available, then full amount have to be cleared before shipment is delivered, else the shipment will be abandoned. Final Invoice:
Final invoice would be generated post the order is delivered. It would have 3 Line Items - Sub-Total, Shipping, GST. Shipping would include Custom Duty, Clearance charges, Intl. & local shipping, GST. Individual break-up of each item cannot be provided.

Estimated delivery time:
We ship items from USA and average delivery time is 7-10 working days. There could be delays on account of custom clearnce/flight delays. While we attempt to deliver at the earliest, there may be instances of late delivery. In case the order is delayed beyond fifteen working days from the committed date, the customer is eligible for cancellation and full refund.

At present we only offer Standard shipping option. For last mile delivery in India we use domestic courier partners like Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, SpeedPost
