One of the three tripod legs hides a totally inconspicuous fully-fledged monopod. In just seconds it is ready for use with the head mounting plate. The removable centre column consists of two parts of different sizes. The short part can be used with the tripod for shots close to the ground. The long part of the centre column can be used to extend the monopod. The legs can be turned up by 180° with three fixed positions. This ensures a super-compact packing size. The rubber feet can be exchanged for stainless steel spikes. This enables the tripod to stand safely and securely on any surface. One little highlight is the 1/4 thread screw on the tripod shoulder. This allows accessories such as an articulated arm to be attached. A spirit level, also found on the shoulder, helps you to level the tripod on uneven ground. A stabilisation hook on the centre column is also standard with SIRUI, as are the cold weather grips and the transport bag. The bag strap can also be used as a tripod strap. The S Grade design with ergonomically curved legs ensures the user can operate the tripod in comfort. The arch shape also ensures improved load distribution to the individual legs and thus improves stability. The tripod shoulders are made of non-slip magnesium alloy.
